Keyboard Shortcuts

Navigation Keys

These are the keys that allow HARMONiQ to be navigated using the keyboard:

Object List Function Keys

These keys apply when viewing a list (e.g. the Customer List):

Key	Function
F2	Add a new record
F3	Edit the selected record(s)
F4	Free text search
F5	Refresh the list
F6	Delete selected record(s)
F7	Print the selected record
Ctrl + A	Select all records in a list
Ctrl + C	Copy selected records
Shift + left mouse click	Select multiple records in a row
Ctrl + left mouse click	Select multiple records individually

Record Editing Function Keys

These keys apply when creating/editing records:

Key	Function
F2	Add an object (e.g. Customer on a sales order)
F3	Edit an object
F4	Free text search (can be customised in settings)
F5	Show available products in a category when entering a product code
F6	Delete the selected line
F7	Suspend; applies when entering or editing a record
F9	Save or confirm the entry
Tab / Enter	Move through the fields in a form / line
Esc	Exit (works like closing with a mouse)
Shift + ↓	Adds a new row to a grid when editing

Transaction Shortcuts

Key	Function
Ctrl + F	Show customer favourite products
Ctrl + O	Show order history for quick selection
Ctrl + P	Show a customer's past product sales
